Lalique Mail Order Service

Gold Arts in Brighton and Chichester stock a large range of Lalique jewellery, but if you can't come in to see us, we do offer a mail order service.

Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions about the Lalique hearts and jewellery range and postage will be £5 by Royal Mail Special Delivery for fully insured next day delivery. For conditions of sale and returns policy please carefully read the terms and conditions below.

Conditions of Sale and Returns Policy

Each Lalique item has been checked for any damage or faults by three members of Gold Arts staff and is sent in perfect condition.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact the store you ordered it from Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 5pm. We will refund items returned within 7 days provided they are returned boxed and in perfect condition. Items should be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery to allow the item to be fully insured. Gold Arts is not responsible for items sent by other parties.

Returns made after the 7 days will not be refunded, however you will be entitled to our exchange policy, where we will exchange the item for an alternative model or issue a credit-note for the value of the item. The credit note is valid in any Gold Arts store on any item for a period of 6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lalique jewellery is precious and deserves special care. Avoid shocks, i.e. dropping on hard surfaces, aggressive products such as detergent and perfumes and ensure the cord is tied securely.
